DogDav的核心是服務，包括 下載/觀看 等。資源數量不是DogDav的主要主題。

DogDav最初分為自託管高速鏈接和第三方存儲鏈接。第三方存儲鏈接都是免費提供給所有人的，但第三方存儲鏈接指向的文件被有心人舉報，導致賬號被封。所以不得不取消了第三方存儲鏈接。

自託管鏈接的存儲及下載流量費用昂貴。成本激增的情況下DogDav一直處於入不敷出的狀態。為了維持DogDav的運營與發展，DogDav不得不啟用付費會員制度。

會員的費用包括了 高速下載/在線觀看 的流量費，文件的存儲費用，資源的購入費用，維持DogDav運營的服務費。

DogDav是半公益網站，承諾會員費用的90%以上都用於服務建設。當然，以上是期待的情況，目前收支並未平衡，DogDav會朝收支平衡的目標努力！

DogDav is a semi-beneficial website and is committed to spending more than 90% of its membership fees on service construction. Of course, the above is the expected situation, currently the income and expenditure is not balanced, DogDav will work towards the goal of breaking even!
